What we collect
What you type into our forms: your name, email, and your answers about your business. If you book a call, Cal.com handles the scheduling. If you buy something, Stripe handles the payment — we never see your card number. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked), and our servers keep ordinary request logs.
What we do with it
Deliver the work you paid for, reply when you write to us, and improve the site. That’s the list. We don’t sell your data, and there are no advertising trackers here.
Where it lives
With the processors that run our operation: Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (analytics), and Google Cloud (our client portal and hosting). Postmark is only used if that email provider is re-enabled. Each processes your data under its own terms, on our instructions.
How long we keep it
For as long as we work together, plus whatever bookkeeping law requires. Client work products live in your portal workspace.
Your data never trains anything
The AI systems we use to do work for you are configured so your business data is not used to train models. This is a standing term of how we operate, not a setting we toggle.
